UK Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BioVerve.co.uk. The following terms and conditions constitute our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Delivery Method

    • All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

    • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

    • Once dispatched, tracking updates are sent via email and/or SMS using the contact details entered at checkout.

    • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery Times

  • Free UK delivery on all orders.

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (for example, peak periods or weather). We cannot guarantee Royal Mail delivery timeframes and cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Most orders are delivered directly through the letterbox. No signature is required.


Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference via email and/or SMS. You can use this reference to track your parcel on the Royal Mail tracking page:

Returns & Refunds

Order Issues & Discrepancies

If there is any issue with your order (for example, missing items or damage in transit), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Only products purchased directly from BioVerve.co.uk are eligible for support under this policy.

Refunds (Where Applicable)

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method (card or PayPal). Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process the refund and up to 5 additional working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery and return postage costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
