Thank you for visiting and shopping at BioVerve.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery & Returns Policy.
UK Deliveries

• We use Royal Mail 24 on all orders  
• Orders are dispatched within 24hrs 
• Tracking numbers are provided once orders are dispatched
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

UK Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipment is free for orders within the UK
• 90% of dispatched orders are delivered within 24hrs
• 10% of dispatched orders are delivered within 48hrs

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee Royal Mail's recommended times and cannot take responsibility if orders take longer than the times stated.
 
Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We will accept returns for any BioVerve products purchased from BioVerve.co.uk and will issue a full refund on first orders within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. 
Please contact Customer Support within 48hrs should you have any discrepancies with your order.
 
Return Procedures:
Please send an email to support@BioVerve.co.uk with your complete name, address, phone # and your order # . Once we have received this email and confirmed that your order is eligible to be returned, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and a return address to send the goods.

Once we have received your return package we will inspect for quality to ensure the product you return is genuine. This authenticity inspection may take up to 7 days. Upon confirmation of authenticity, you will receive your refund and email confirming that your return request has been accepted. You will either be credited back to your payment card, or PayPal. Please allow 5 working days for us to process the refund and up to 5 working days to receive your refund by card.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to refund any delivery charges incurred when sending the product back to us.

This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.
